AAArchitect villa was designed to the highest standards and influenced by the panoramic sea-view. The house takes advantage of the many beautiful elements of Cyprus, such as the spectacular weather and natural beauty, aesthetically inspiring the client with the feeling of freedom. In addition, the shape and the layout of the house protect it from road noises and emphasizes the views and the direct relation with the garden. The design compliments the exact taste and needs of the client, which concluded in a three-story, six-bedroom villa (for the family members and occasionally the grandparents and the guests) that is one with nature. The client requested facilities that will allow him to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle in the comfort of his own home; this includes a playroom for the children, a party room, gym, ensuite bedrooms, walk-in-wardrobes, and many other facilities. Another client requirement was the ease and convenience of driving into the garage and walking into the kitchen. He will be able to relax indoors while being in touch with nature due to the panoramic glass doors and the open plan design. His vision of a luxurious lifestyle was not limited to the interior of the house but it extends to the outside too. Due to the all-year-round sunny and warm weather, the client wanted big covered verandas, an outside bar, and a barbecue area, as well as a large overflow swimming pool with a jacuzzi and slides for the kids. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden with paths and aromatic flowers and plants. There is also a vast open grass area for several outdoor activities. The design creates a holiday atmosphere allowing the client to escape from his everyday stress of working in an enclosed workspace.
