Xian Chunmingli

The project is located in Cao Tan area of Xi'an Jingkai District, adjacent to Xi'an Weihe Wetland Ecological Park, with Shangji Road on the south side of the project, and the roads on the east, west and north sides are still under planning. The design of this project takes the new trend of four generations of ecological residences as its starting point, with six-metre staggered height terraces for four generations of residences; hotel-style homecoming lobby + sunken courtyard in the park, and box commercials along the street, with a strong sense of modelling unity and continuity. With the design objective of forging a quality benchmark in the area, it creates a residential park with a pleasant environment.
