Zhongtian Estuary City

Zhongtian Estuary City is located in the Honggutan District of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, China. It is a new type of urban center that integrates commercial finance, administrative offices, information, culture, and residential functions. The project is located in a rare riverside location in the Fenghuangzhou area, with convenient transportation and adjacent to the Jiangxi Provincial Museum, Museums, libraries, Science and technology museums, Jianjun Sculpture Square, Nanchang Ship Theme Park, Niuhang Train Station, Fenghuangzhou Citizen Park, as well as mature supporting facilities such as medical care, education, commerce, and hotels.
The project is located in the core position of the "Three Kilometer Riverside Art Corridor". Facing the Gan River to the east, adjacent to Xinli Riverside No.9 to the south, bounded by Honggu North Avenue to the west, and Jinjiang Road to the north. With a panoramic view of the river, it is a landmark building on both sides of the river in Nanchang and an important node on the skyline of the Gan River.
Zhongtian Estuary City consists of four skyscrapers and one independent commercial block. The tallest T4 has a total height of 206 meters, and is an absolute landmark building group along the river. The total construction area of this project is 266,000 square meters, including 130,000 square meters of private property and 68,000 square meters of supporting facilities.
