Arcadia District is a modern and elevated residential community, and the first solo project from EllisDon, one of the largest construction companies in North America. This multi-building master-plan is home to one of the largest amenity programs in Canada, and features timeless architecture that allows it to blend in with the surrounding neighbourhood. Arcadia District is part of the evolution of Etobicoke, which is bringing thousands of new residents and will elevate the area for decades to come.
