Gaga Chengdu Taikoo Li Restaurant

Inspired by the traditional "mortise and tenon structures" in ancient China’s architecture design and art, the project – Gaga Chengdu Taikoo Li Restaurant gives a sense of visual experience combining both Chinese and Western aspects in many ways and in every detail.

In the space establishment and construction of the project, we used simple, crisp and modern architectural language, and integrated craftsmanship aesthetics of Chinese traditional culture, and combined the mortise and tenon structure with the lightweight and diversified bamboo and wood weavings which make the overall space a celebration of easiness, comfort and relaxation.
