This project is located in the heart of Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, adjacent to the famous Seven-Star Crag Scenic Area, offering a prime location. Covering an area of 108,400 square meters, the development integrates residential buildings, commercial facilities, and a kindergarten. The design focuses on harmonising nature and urban life, with a vision of "Integration & Coexistence, Healthy & Ecological Living, and Water-Oriented Development," creating a unique lakeside urban image. The landscape design incorporates mountain and lake views, ensuring unobstructed sightlines for residents. The building façades adopt a modernist style, combining simplicity and refinement, harmonising with the surrounding environment. The unit layout maximises scenic views for all residences. The project also features a well-planned transportation system and comprehensive amenities, providing a comfortable and superior living environment.
