In the creation of the China Resources Land Tianhe Runfu project, the TOMO DESIGN team aimed to establish a " third place " within residential areas, exploring and leading a new lifestyle approach. Our design philosophy is consistently rooted in the core principle of "starting from life and returning to life," striving to present a diverse living experience through design. In the design of Runxin community," we introduced the concept of "ALL DAY CHILL," aiming to create a comprehensive community environment that integrates coffee culture, reading and learning, convenient shopping, fitness, and outdoor leisure. By carefully observing and distilling elements of daily life, we have incorporated these aspects into specific spatial scenes, creating spaces that are both full of life and rich in design aesthetics. To achieve this, the " Runxin community " adopts the concept of " modular design " as the foundation for its spatial layout. This design method emphasizes modularity and flexibility, allowing the space to be adjusted dynamically according to different needs. Through this light operational approach, we hope to transform the community into more than just a place to live—making it a stage for residents to enjoy, interact, and grow. " Runxin community " is not only a groundbreaking attempt to innovate traditional community facilities but also a new interpretation of modern community living. We hope this space will become a bridge connecting people with each other and with their lives, offering residents a more vibrant and colorful living experience.
