The customer base focuses on high educated and high net worth families with international backgrounds, who value education and cultural heritage, pursue quality life and social circle. So in our spatial design, we take Wuhan's local culture as the foundation, integrate the exquisite aesthetics of the Shanghai style, and create a composite living space that combines art salons, parent-child aesthetic spaces, and high-end social scenes.
The inspiration for the spatial design comes from the spatiotemporal dialogue between Wuhan's "Jiangcheng Charm" and Shanghai's modern aesthetics, using deconstructivist techniques to reshape the spatial texture. The space is centered around "Boundless, Art, and Collection", and revolves around the interweaving of "International Oriental Aesthetics" and "Modern Art Spirit", creating a collection level mansion that combines cultural depth and contemporary lifestyle. The design uses a narrative technique that integrates Chinese and Western elements to transform the demands of Wuhan's elite class for art, socialization, and family inheritance into spatial language. With museum level curatorial thinking, the living scene is reconstructed, allowing for a deep dialogue between art collections and living scenes. At the same time, it strengthens the composite functions of family socialization, parent-child education, and display of circle culture, redefining the spiritual field of modern elite life. The color scheme of the space is black, white, and gray, with powerful colors that make the entire space tough and distinct. The collision of high intelligence rationality and art is more attractive.
