MIDDLE MUSEUM PARK VILLA

The project is located in the core area of Shijiazhuang’s century-old origin, adjacent to the Liberation Memorial Hall to the north and only 1 kilometer from the municipal government, boasting a superior geographical position, profound historical context, and a mature living atmosphere. Shijiazhuang embodies the unique “understated restraint” and “robust strength” characteristic of northern cities, which the designer keenly captures and transforms into the project’s distinctive temperament and tone.
The physical display area spans over 2,500 square meters, with the overall layout divided into three parts: the Iconic Entrance Zone, the Welcoming Water Courtyard, and the Central Axis Garden, forming a spatial sequence from exterior to interior, dynamic to serene. The entrance features a 59-meter ultra-scale lobby that creates a sense of ceremony, with a 7.5-meter high-ceiling structure imparting a grand spatial dimension. The design uses water as the core of the garden, with a large-scale water surface crafting a ceremonial “walking on water” homecoming experience. The Glazed Time tree pool, composed of luxurious stone and metal panels, is adorned with a specially selected “Tree King” , serving as the first eye-catching focal point, enhanced by reflections and lighting to create an artistic hotel-like ambiance. At first glance, a nearly 10-meter-long golden silk marble cascading water wall comes into view, with the gentle flow of still water adding dynamism to the space. The backdrop features a unique arrangement of the project’s signature super-symbol, forming intricate details along the homecoming corridor sequence.
Descending the spiral staircase leads to the ingeniously designed sunken clubhouse space, inspired by the Cartier exhibition’s Treasure Box of Time, embodying the mystery of time. A large-scale still water surface, punctuated by a single Tree King, imbues the space with a profound sense of place. Modern three-dimensional layered mountain-and-water cascades, combined with a reinterpretation of the super-symbol, ultimately create a unique venue that carries artistic imagination and resonates with the city’s spirit.
