Zhongshan Life Science Park

Zhongshan Life Science Park is the leading project of the biomedical industry in Cuiheng District, Zhongshan City. It is tailor-made for Cuiheng New District by WSP ARCHITECTS in response to the higher urban density and industrial intensity of the Greater Bay Area, and reflects the care for people in the creation of space. The park is committed to creating a biomedical technology industry cluster integrating headquarters economy, innovation, research and development, and incubation, creating a high value-added industrial ecology, and shaping a distinctive and highly recognizable modern park.
The planning structure adopts: the south entrance plaza + landmark service supporting tower + central landscape axis running through the north and south of the park + modular R&D test space unit.
The design of "Medicine Cube" vertically combines traditional R&D laboratory space into an "industrial complex".
The twin buildings and the staggered ascending stairs in the middle are like the double helix structure of DNA.
Taking into account the climate characteristics, a three-dimensional green park with multi-layered surface landscape is created.
