Hefei Greentown Spring Breeze

This project is located in Yao Hai District, Hefei, in a prime location with well-developed transportation links. The design of the project is based on the clear product positioning of the Greentown Spring Breeze series. Using the swallow as a narrative thread, the design weaves the life cycle of "migration – habitation – symbiosis – rebirth" into the spatial rhythm and interactive experience of the landscape, conveying the philosophical idea that "the return of the heart is not the end, but a journey of sharing spring with all living things." This initiates the journey through the Ten Spring Scenes, with the demonstration area showcasing three of them. At the entrance, an abstract swallow-shaped sculpture is reflected in a mirrored pool. The sculpture appears to "fly" from the water toward the sky, symbolizing the agility and freedom of the returning spirit. Flanking walls extend the visual impression of the entrance, echoing the scale and form of the building's canopy. At the time of the Spring Equinox, a flock of swallows, carrying the warmth of the South, soar over lush mountains and rivers, returning guided by the sound of familiar winds. As their wings sweep across the sky, they leave behind soft murmurs—the language of swallows—awakening the slumbering homeland. This marks the beginning of the Ten Spring Scenes journey. The nine-swallow sculpture above the water curtain is inspired by Wu Guanzhong's painting Spring Swallows. Inspired by secluded mountain streams and the clear calls of swallows, this scene creates a natural habitat where sound and scenery blend, evoking delight in both movement and stillness. Through flowing streams and dynamic interplay of light and shadow, the design paints a poetic landscape where echoes travel through empty valleys and swallow songs herald the return of spring—immersing visitors in the rhythm of nature and the vitality of life. Rich in detail—with intricate patterned paving and artistic signage walls—the design embraces the boundless beauty of nature. Every plant combination is carefully curated, cultivating a tranquil and comfortable homecoming atmosphere.
