Amidst the sound of the Pujiang River tide, a residential area above an art museum settlement is quietly growing. Sairui Dipu designed the Greentown Shanghai Chaoming Oriental Sales Center, with "life curatism" as the core, condensing the century old Xuhui culture into a touchable spatial narrative, reconstructing the spiritual field of contemporary riverside life on the west bank surrounded by financial cities and artistic landmarks.
Deeply rooted in the historical gene of the "Three Rivers Intersection" in Xujiahui, the designer has extracted the philosophical conception of "aquatic all things, all things return". Based on this premise, combined with the core of life curatism, the four scenes of sowing - the tree of life, growth - boundaryless living, symbiosis - the splendor of plants and trees, and blooming - magnificent time are connected to the front hall, art gallery, exhibition area, and negotiation area, metaphorically symbolizing the natural cycle of seed breaking through the soil to the symbiosis of all things, echoing the urban temperament of Shanghai's "modern and traditional symbiosis".
