Huafa Zhuhai Bay

The Zhuhai Bay Project is located in the High-Tech Zone of Zhuhai, covering a site area of 57,500 square meters with a total construction area of 240,000 square meters. The development comprises 10 modern-style residential buildings, a 11,000-square-meter distinctive commercial block, approximately 6,000 square meters of community facilities, and a clubhouse. As a key initiative in the area's development, the project reinterprets the imagery of a "natural canyon" with an academic research spirit, exploring innovative paradigms for the sustainable coexistence of ecology and technology in high-density urban settings. Guided by the philosophy of "urban integration with natural serenity, hidden elegance within," it creates a super interface that combines urban identity with ecological resilience.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities including daytime coffee and evening bars, a Zen-inspired tea room, smart mahjong/chess rooms, a panoramic fitness center, and an NBA-standard basketball court, catering to both dynamic and tranquil preferences. Centered around a "book tower," the clubhouse fosters community culture through knowledge, creating a forest-themed reading sanctuary for residents. A hotel-like refined aesthetic permeates every architectural form and spatial detail, with cascading eaves and corridors evoking a natural, ecological relaxation experience—bringing peace to both mind and body. The design balances openness and privacy, solid and void, movement and stillness, blending noble yet understated elegance.
A 1,500-square-meter sunken space recreates a forest oasis within the community, connecting the tower buildings to form a complete ecosystem. Native vegetation reduces maintenance costs and minimizes the risk of invasive species, while rain gardens enable water recycling, mitigate the heat island effect, enhance environmental comfort, and provide ecological support for urban sustainable development.
