# Design Description of China Merchants Beijing X24 Project Sales Office
The design of the sales office for China Merchants Beijing X24 Project takes Beijing's urban characteristic of "coexistence of daily vitality and trends" as the foundation, integrates cultural traditions, the project's high-end genes and artistic creativity, and adheres to the "symbiosis" concept to break spatial boundaries, achieving in-depth integration of the environment and space.

Relying on a superior location, the project is 1.6km away from the South Sixth Ring Road, has two parks and the Liangshui River landscape within 5km, and enjoys multiple high-quality schools within 3km, providing a natural and life-oriented foundation for the design. The spatial planning has a clear hierarchical structure: the first floor is equipped with a sales exhibition area, the second floor includes a model house and a multi-functional experience area, and the traffic flow clearly distinguishes the exhibition and logistics paths; the materials are mainly stone and white textured paint, matched with wood veneer and metal elements, presenting a sense of quality.

The design balances practicality and artistry. The 2nd floor innovatively creates experience modes such as galleries and salons, and the scientific combination of lighting and natural light accurately meets the needs of high-income families, elderly people for leisure and elderly care, and investors for a comfortable, quiet and high-quality living environment.
