Nestled in Jiaozhou, an ancient coastal city in Qingdao with a history spanning over 4,500 years, Longfor Inner Land is more than just a residential development—it aims to unlock the full potential of modern living and set a new standard for quality in the region.
Guided by the vision of "poetic nature, comfortable living, and luxury living," Longfor Inner Land project is designed with a 13,000㎡ U-shaped park wrapping around three sides of the community. This green belt connects to an existing river, links with the outdoor leisure spaces of the Longfor Paradise Walk mall and the riverside green corridor, and enhances the overall ecological landscape. Drawing inspiration from the natural aesthetics of Hoshinoya, the landscape design integrates elements of Qilu culture, Qingdao’s mountain-and-sea imagery, and Shandong embroidery, creating a spiritual retreat where nature and culture harmonize. The layout, inspired by the interlaced elegance of a Bvlgari necklace, maximizes views and green access, allowing architecture and landscape to coexist in synergy.he The custom-designed lobby entrance enhances the residents' homecoming experience.
In unit design, Longfor Inner Land project prioritizes comfort by carefully studying local lifestyles. It introduces residences with exceptionally wide frontages—unmatched in the market for comparable sizes. Rare offerings such as executive-style suites and 270° IMAX panoramic master bedrooms elevate the living experience, while a nearly 7-meter-wide living area and over 10-meter run-through balcony expand visual breadth and comfort to a new level. The dual-clubhouse design further provides residents with premium amenities for a luxurious lifestyle within the community. Besides,The architectural façade employs a contemporary design language, romantically reinterpreting harbor culture through a "Ocean Sail" super-fluid form.
From delivering "quality homes" to curating "quality living," Longfor Inner Land project marks a new milestone in Jiaozhou’s residential evolution. It stands as a forward-looking model for the local housing market, reshaping expectations for future living through the integration of nature and urbanity, and through spaces that transcend convention—offering every urban dweller a true place to belong.
