The narrative is “A Path of Masters, An Artistic Home.” Canonical aesthetics are summoned and fused with the values of art legends. A cruciform axis anchors the plan; three art-inspired gardens—Kandinsky’s Lakeside Salon, Rousseau’s Jungle Isle, and Monet’s Garden—compose a Shanghainese tableau of beauty.

A borderless living ring dissolves the line between park and parcel. Residents roam from conversation lawns to campfire clearings, forest theatres, art lounges, shared libraries, children’s playgrounds, senior corners and fitness trails without ever leaving the green.

The project sets the benchmark for an international garden-art community, leading the way to a refined, downtown lifestyle—a bespoke, modern-Shanghai aesthetic for a new generation.
