The Huangshanmu Puyue Sales Office in Beijing is a high-end real estate exhibition space for the "Puyue Series" in Beijing. Located in the Huangshanmu area, it takes "Beijing-style Neo-Luxury" as its core design concept:
The space blends the courtyard texture of old Beijing hutongs with modern minimalist aesthetics — the entrance reinterprets the "alley ritual" with traditional grey walls paired with metal lines; the interior uses a high vaulted ceiling and glass curtain walls to bring in natural light, while incorporating soft furnishings with "Yanjing Eight Crafts" elements. This design not only echoes local cultural memories but also achieves the dual expression of "traditional mood + contemporary experience" through modern exhibition methods such as intelligent interactive sand tables and immersive show flats.
As the "urban living room" of the project, it is not only a real estate sales venue but also functions as a multi-purpose space (hosting coffee salons, cultural art exhibitions, etc.), serving as an experience window for high-end lifestyles in the area.
