The project is located in the heart of the Greater Bay Area, in southern Nansha District, Guangzhou, offering direct access to high-quality educational, natural, and tourism resources. It is positioned as a comprehensive urban resort residence designed for a lifestyle upgrade, catering to middle-class clients aged 30 to 55, including Nansha residents, investors from Hong Kong and Macao, and corporate executives seeking better living conditions. The project draws inspiration from the region’s "Maritime Silk Road," blending traditional marine trade culture with the modern development of the Bay Area, while integrating Nansha’s coastal natural textures and Eastern aesthetics.
The design focuses on creating an Oriental mansion with a harmonious balance between modern luxury and cultural heritage. The emphasis is on spatial practicality and elegance, enhancing the living experience through a careful mix of functional and aesthetic elements. The design includes expansive open spaces, such as the LDKB integrated social hall, which seamlessly connects the landscape terrace, living room, dining area, and both Chinese and Western kitchens. This creates a boundless flow of space, taking full advantage of the 270° sea view and north-south ventilation.
In addition to its functional layout, the project offers tailored soft decoration solutions that adapt to the personalized needs of family members. The spaces are thoughtfully designed to reflect the unique lifestyles of the residents—whether it’s a tea-tasting scene, an equestrian-themed room, or a musical space for a daughter. The integration of traditional cultural elements, such as porcelain and lacquerware, with modern design techniques, adds a rich layer of depth to the space, creating a unique dialogue between the past and present.
By combining contemporary Oriental aesthetics with international design principles, the project creates a luxurious yet practical living space. The soft decoration blends light colors, natural textures, and modern materials to complement the coastal resort feel, ensuring the sea view remains the dominant feature.
