Zhengzhou Lvdu Yuefu Jiuyue is situated in the Guannan area of Guancheng District, Zhengzhou. As the only low-density villa community of Fourth-Generation Residences in the region, it is deeply rooted in Central Plains culture and guided by the Eastern philosophical ideal of “Harmony between Man and Nature”. The project explores a poetic dialogue between architecture and nature, crafting a spiritual home for modern urban dwellers where they can embrace the rhythm of the four seasons and the grandeur of heaven and earth.
Built on a low plot ratio of 2.0, the community adopts a planning layout of L-shaped mid-rises framing villa clusters. Its well-spaced architectural arrangement maximizes courtyard space, with a magnificent 200-meter ceremonial landscape axis that connects multi-node scenic spaces and a meandering leisure corridor. The layered gardens unfold in poetic continuity, embodying the idyllic realm of “Carefree Joy, Natural Luxury”, eliminating visual obstruction and allowing sunlight and breeze to flow freely.
The architectural facade follows the design philosophy of “Golden Jade Splendor”. The clubhouse features a dark black base with gilded accents, capturing the depth and elegance of Eastern aesthetics. Residential buildings rest on solid Blue Eyes Stone plinths, with vertical lines of light bronze metal stretching like refined brushstrokes, outlining a modern, minimalist yet exquisitely crafted silhouette. In the interplay of light and shadow, the vitality of nature is crystallized into the timeless language of architecture.
For materials, the project selects world-renowned luxury stones: the profound texture of Gucci Black Marble, the natural hues of Finnish Green Marble, and the luxurious finish of Bvlgari Black Marble. Each stone’s natural veins tell an artistic story etched by time. Complemented by the vigorous presence of Japanese Black Pine and the elegant branches of ancient Chinese Tallow Trees, the noble native greenery engages in a dialogue of strength and grace with the cool luxury of stone, filling the air with a unique blend of nature and refinement.
