Gallery Court Email Series

An email campaign only works if the emails get opened. CBRE Calibre Creative Group ensured that Gallery Court’s reveal series opened at more than double the industry average. Gallery Court was entering the market after three decades of no brand presence and fully vacant, with a new name, a new brand, and $40M in renovations still under construction. The campaign was built around a simple premise: don't introduce the building all at once. A single exhaustive launch email would have flattened that story into a spec sheet.
Instead, CBRE Calibre Creative Group structured the introduction as a four-part reveal series (New Brand, Courtyard, Lobby, Penthouse) with each installment releasing one layer of the property and creating forward momentum toward the next. Each email answered the question a tenant rep would naturally ask: what is this place, what does it feel like to arrive, what does the day-to-day look like, what is its most unique feature. An email highlighting the penthouse, with its panoramic views, floor-to-ceiling glass, and outdoor terrace was held for last deliberately. It was the end of the journey, reaching the summit of the building, and landed with the accumulated weight of three prior touchpoints behind it. The visual language remained consistent across all four emails, reinforcing the Gallery Court brand identity with each send. Recipients were being walked through a property they hadn't yet visited, and they were clicking through, too, at rates more than 70% above the industry benchmark. By the time of the campaign’s close, Gallery Court had evolved from a total unknown to a touring destination. Three decades is a long time to stay invisible, but CBRE Calibre Creative Group proved that four emails was enough to reclaim attention.
And lastly, the Gallery Court campaign hasn't just refreshed the building's image —it’s driving measurable growth. With a 25% lift in market inquiries and tour traffic, this elevated identity is bridging the gap between inspired marketing and real-world leasing results.
