Nanjing Xianlin Huaxi Mansion Sales Center

This project employs contemporary design methodologies to weave Nanjing’s urban cultural DNA into the spatial narrative, resulting in a premium sales center and club that embodies both Eastern aesthetics and modern experiential quality, showcasing the project’s cultural depth and artistic vision.
On the ground floor, the reception lobby presents the imagery of a “Floral Cascade” — three-dimensional floral installations pour from the dome like warp and weft threads on a Yunjin brocade loom, forming an immersive floral realm characterized by a natural, flowing composition.
Descending to the basement level, the model area unfolds amidst greenery and floral landscaping. Its composition is both symmetrical and staggered, allowing the space to develop from a central narrative point and gradually expand the viewer’s field of vision and emotional engagement.
The negotiation area continues the inspiration drawn from nature, bringing the outdoor waterscape garden indoors through expansive windows. This creates a harmonious and tranquil environment where clients can enjoy nature’s gift while engaging in conversation.
Suspended above the water bar, the “Dewdrop Floral Crown” — a monumental floral sphere woven from fern greenery and artificial hydrangeas, cascading downward like a crown of morning dew — commands attention as the space’s visual focal point.
The children’s activity area integrates diverse elements, forms, and textures, making the overall environment more playful and dynamic, offering a delightfully engaging atmosphere that resonates with children’s psychology.
Through the deconstruction of two intangible cultural heritage techniques of Nanjing — Yunjin brocade jacquard weaving and velvet flower filigree craftsmanship — the project achieves a contemporary reinterpretation of cultural symbols and evokes emotional resonance through spatial experience.
