Ningbo Sci-tech & Cultural Innovation Harbor Sales Center

The project is the sales center of Ningbo Sci-tech & Cultural Innovation Harbor, located in the shipping and industrial hub of the city that carries the past memories of old generation. The design adopts design languages and modern materials to show the past and future of Ningbo Sci-tech & Cultural Innovation Harbor. With “sailing” and “future” as the design theme, the project integrates industrial elements and elegant lifestyle into the space, aiming to create an emotional link between locals and Ningbo Sci-tech & Cultural Innovation Harbor.
The stainless steel and colorful acrylic materials refract gorgeous light in the air. Curved lines and the play of light and shadows are symbols that run through the interior. In addition, soft arcs add a sense of fluidity and rhythm to the static space.
The space is dominated by white tone, generating a tranquil atmosphere, while bright blue hue injects vitality into it. The round tables and chairs in the negotiation area adopt a color palette of white and blue, producing a cozy, comfortable and leisurely atmosphere.
The sofa area is set beside the negotiation area. The round, white and translucent screens gently separates different sections of the sofa area. The smooth curves of sofas echo the sinuous ribbon suspended in the air. The ribbons are full of play of light and shadows, and endow this area with a futuristic feeling and inclusiveness. Art is fully expressed in the sofa area. The art installation beside the French window draws inspiration from the elements of the shipping and industrial hub where the project sits, which is reminiscent of the past memories.
Many coffee-making utensils and materials are placed in the bar area. This functional area leverages a color palette of red and blue, which creates a contrasting visual effect.
VIP area is an independent space with a distinctive feature, filled with an artistic atmosphere. The wall decoration made of specular stainless steel, artworks with unique shapes, and the simple yet fashionable single chair create a unique aesthetic and an interesting commercial space.
