Thank you – we are honored to receive this award. Fortes.Vision is a full-service creative studio specializing in high-impact marketing content for real estate developers, architects, and interior designers. With over 650 projects delivered globally and a team of more than 50 artists, we excel in visual storytelling that brings unbuilt properties to life. From photorealistic 3D renderings to cinematic promotional films and comprehensive marketing suites, we help clients present their projects effectively before construction begins.
2 Could you walk us through the concept and unique features of your award-winning project?
Palazzo del Mare is a luxury residential project inspired by the timeless aesthetic of the French Riviera. As the project currently exists only as a concept, our goal was to create a comprehensive visual marketing suite that would bring its elegance and vision to life for potential buyers. We produced high-quality 3D visuals, a promotional video, and supporting materials for print, digital platforms, and outdoor advertising. Every detail – from lighting and composition to music and storytelling – was meticulously crafted to help future residents envision the lifestyle and feel inspired to become part of this story.
3 What do you believe makes this project stand out in the property industry?
It is the harmony between storytelling and design. We focused on capturing a feeling while highlighting the project’s unique architecture. Through cinematic techniques, stylized lighting, and a cohesive visual identity across all platforms, we created a campaign that sells space, evokes emotion, and immerses you in the lifestyle.
4 What's the first thought that crossed your mind when you found out you had won in the award?
Of course, it was a sense of pleasure. As we often work behind the scenes, having our visuals appreciated and recognized was deeply meaningful.
5 What's the inspiration or story behind your winning entry? Was there a meaningful moment during its creation that you would like to share?
Our inspiration came from creating a place that feels like an escape. The story truly came to life when we applied a subtle cinematic filter to the video, seamlessly blending the light, movement, and mood into a cohesive experience.
6 What was the most surprising or unexpected element of your entry's journey from concept to completion?
Transforming the renders into something emotionally engaging was both a technical and creative challenge. We were satisfied with the final result – it went beyond what most people typically expect from property marketing materials.
7 Designing properties often requires balancing art and science. How do you harmonize aesthetics with functionality in your work?
It all begins with understanding the client’s goals. From there, we make sure every visual decision has a purpose – whether it is highlighting a key architectural detail or naturally guiding the viewer’s eye through the space. Our background in photography helps us create harmonious visuals that are clear and effective in communicating the message.
8 What's the one challenge from this entry that you're most proud of overcoming?
A challenge was consistency across such a wide range of marketing materials. Each piece had to feel like part of the same story – from CGI to film to social media content. Achieving this required teamwork, precision, and plenty of creative adjustments.
9 How do you think this recognition will impact your career or future projects?
First and foremost, it underscores the value of our creative approach to storytelling in the real estate sector. It also demonstrates that our bold ideas and innovative solutions can deliver meaningful results for our clients.
10 How do you think your entry contributes to the future of property design and development?
We believe our team’s work sets a precedent for how visualization and digital marketing can elevate the presentation of real estate projects. With our expertise, developers can create a lifelike visual image and evoke emotional connections for potential buyers – even before the first brick is laid.
11 Sustainability is an important topic in today’s world. How do you integrate eco-conscious practices into your projects?
As a visualization team, we emphasize the importance of sustainability in modern design when collaborating with our clients. We actively support those who prioritize sustainable development in their architectural projects. Internally, we also strive to practice what we preach by using energy-efficient systems and minimizing digital waste in our production process.
12 Are there any upcoming projects or ideas that you’re particularly excited about pursuing?
Yes, we are currently developing interactive virtual tours for luxury properties, combining real-time rendering with narrative elements. We are excited about this evolution, which merges technology and storytelling to create a truly immersive experience.
13 If you could give one piece of advice to aspiring designers or developers entering the field today, what would it be?
Experience the power of storytelling. While technical execution is essential, it’s no longer enough in today’s world. Embrace the need to reach a new level – the ability to evoke emotions, mood, and feelings, even within virtual reality.
