Yiyuan Yue Fu Entrance Lobby

This project involves the design of the entrance hall for Yue Fu South District in Yiyuan County, covering an area of approximately 440 square meters. As the main public area of the residential building, this space caters to property owners and various visitors, experiencing high foot traffic. Therefore, in constructing the entire space, the design team approached it from a practical perspective, abandoning complex spatial combinations in favor of simple and direct circulation routes, aiming to solve pedestrian flow issues in the most convenient manner.

To achieve and highlight the quality of the residence and provide visitors with a hotel-like comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, the design team chose a modern luxury style. They used noble chocolate tones to create a gentle and pleasant feeling, conveying a sense of warmth and refinement. Overall, the design emphasizes a sophisticated integration of indoor and outdoor environments. The use of transparent floor-to-ceiling windows and open-space design naturally introduces outdoor scenery and natural light into the interior, creating a bright and warm spatial ambiance.

For decorative effects, the design incorporates metallic materials blended with natural marble. Under intelligent lighting, this combination gives the space a unique atmosphere. The design also draws inspiration from Chinese folk culture, viewing the hall as a "home harbor." Landscaping with green plants echoes the outdoor green scenery, fostering a natural ambiance. The entire space is created with the concept that "home is a harbor of love, a shelter for the soul, and a warm embrace," providing a sense of ceremony for everyone's arrival. The textured marble reception desk, distinctive neo-Chinese retro chandeliers, and restrained design language define the main service counter area.
