The project is located in south portal and Daxing New Town core area in Beijing, China, situated on the west side of Guangyang Street, adjacent to three major themed urban parks (Xinghua Park, Urban Suburbs Park, and the Park along the 5th Ring Road). It aims to create a phenomenal quality-living benchmark by enabling a new lifestyle, new scenario empowerment, new aesthetic experience, and new cultural connotation across four dimensions.Based on the Taoist ideology that “Taoism follows the law of nature, aiming to be carefree and unfettered, easy and unstrained”, the Project pursues the triple realm of self, namely, to keep in tune with the great beauty between heaven and earth, to control the six types of natural changes and to travel in the realm of infinity, which not only symbolizes the reverence and pursuit for the beauty of nature, but also embodies mankind's desire for a free and harmonious life. Moreover, taking "carefree" as the design concept, fourteen carefree-themed views are proposed for the Project. Through such well-designed elements, the “Fourteen Carefree-themed Views” serve to bring people back to the embrace of nature and to comprehend the philosophy of life advocated by Taoism, which is to follow the laws of nature and to maintain spiritual freedom and pleasure.
