IL9069 Kennedy Town

IL9069 Kennedy Town is a 27-story luxury residential tower located in Hong Kong developed by GH Group. DNA Architects has been chosen to design the interior of the clubhouse lounge that overlooks the sea.

The main goal of the design was to evoke the feeling of being on a yacht sailing out to the sea. To achieve this, we incorporated elements that reflect the ocean and nautical themes. The design includes a lounge, a reception, a bar and a gym all of which are carefully planned to enhance the maritime atmosphere. Each space is designed to provide comfort and relaxation inviting residents to enjoy their time in the clubhouse.

A special blue stone has been chosen for this project to match the sea theme throughout the clubhouse. This stone enhances the overall design and creates a calming atmosphere for residents. By using all organic materials, the project aims to connect people with nature and the surrounding environment. Residents will not only enjoy the spacious areas but they will also have a pleasant experience while using the clubhouse facilities. This thoughtful design choice promotes relaxation and enjoyment for everyone who visits.
