The project is located in the core area of the Puxi District, a key development zone in Changyuan City, and is situated in a mature residential area with complete facilities. The practise aims to create a high-end, improved residence complex that integrates cultural heritage and modern quality, responding to the urban population's yearning for a better life with contemporary architectural language, and carrying the life ideals of the new generation of residents in Changyuan.

The planning adopts a composite layout of "high-rise residences + townhouses + detached villas". High-rise residences offer a broad view, townhouses provide an advanced spatial experience, and detached villas have a quiet layout with private domains of both sky and earth. The diverse formats complement each other, achieving a comprehensive upgrade in spatial experience and value hierarchy, and making full use of the scarce land value.

The project traces back to the traditional Song Dynasty style in terms of aesthetics, integrating the architectural elements of "flying eaves and winding corridors" into modern design vocabulary. The design team drew inspiration from the proportions and linear aesthetics of Song Dynasty architecture, extracting the sense of order and elegant temperament from traditional forms to create a refined and exquisite "modern oriental" residential model. The facade design combines classic symmetrical composition with meticulous detailing, emphasizing the harmony of proportions and the purity of materials. The overall building presents a unique temperament that is elegant, simple, dynamic and distinctive, adding a touch of serene artistic atmosphere to the urban space.

In terms of landscape creation, architecture and nature interpenetrate each other, forming rich visual layers and spatial interactions. The park takes "poetic dwelling" as its core concept, building an experiential garden space. Through the spatial sequence of "climbing high - watching plays - strolling in the garden - walking through the forest - approaching the water - picking up fun", it presents an immersive experience of changing scenes with each step and progressive layers, making residence a daily integration of people and nature.
