This design is a private club that offers a future lifestyle experience, aimed at providing an exclusive space for elites that combines a) river views, and b) social gatherings. The design incorporates high-end dining, wine tasting, tea ceremonies, and recreational activities such as chess, creating an environment that not only promotes relaxation but also evokes emotional resonance.

2.Advantages:
Located along the banks of the Yong River, it enjoys a prime, unobstructed river view.
