Hangzhou Moonlit Lilac

The project is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. We take the lilac as the charm and implant the natural rhythm in the strict axial space to carve out a quiet and secluded place hidden in the city. The design takes the five-petal lilac as the soul element of landscape shaping, deconstructing it into pavement patterns, artistic sculptures and waterside platform patterns, and depicting the unique quality of the site with modern aesthetics.

With "Cascading water Welcoming guests" as the spatial prelude, through the symmetrical layout of the garden along the axis, water features, sculptures and plants are transformed into flowing rhythms. Light becomes the invisible brushstrokes of the design, leaping between the mirror-like pool and the hollowed-out pergola, creating a beautiful scene in every morning, evening, sunny and rainy day.

The projections on the corridor move with the sunlight, outlining fleeting lilac shadows on the ground. The green clouds, grass and cascading water features form a dialogue between softness and strength, filtering the hustle and bustle of the city into an immersive natural theater, interpreting the symbiotic philosophy of natural poetry and modern order.

The constant-temperature swimming pool is like a sapphire, and the full-height glass curtain wall blurs the boundary between the building and the landscape. The branches and leaves filter the sunlight to form cloud shadows. The celestial light is refracted on the water surface. Le Corbusier's "sculpture of light" creates a humanistic experience of hotel-style vacation - this is our contemporary deconstruction of luxury-grade mansions, allowing the exquisite homecreturn ceremony to breathe gently with the fragrance of lilacs.
