Jianfa Puyun

This project traces the cultural context of Putian. Designers draw inspiration from the Song Dynasty's poetry, paintings, landscape aesthetics, and humanistic elements. With "harmonious coexistence with life" as the core, it deeply integrates the Song Dynasty's philosophy of slow living with the needs of contemporary cities, infusing oriental elegance into daily life and creating a spiritual dwelling for residents.
In terms of space, the public living room takes jet black and gray-apricot as its base, accented with ancient bronze and lacquered gold. It introduces outdoor greenery through "layered pine-and-rock scenery" (a traditional Chinese landscaping technique), and is equipped with gilt tea tables, wood-stone materials and cultural ornaments to reflect the classical artistic conception of the Song Dynasty. The private spaces are customized by age group: the master bedroom balances elegance and leisure, the elderly's room creates a quiet and caring atmosphere, and each children's room features a childlike theme—every detail exudes luxury and elegance.
