Located in Jiangbei District, Huizhou, the project is adjacent to Lige International Apartment and villagers' residences to the northeast, Fumin Road to the southeast (lying on the urban axis of Jiangbei Central Business District), Wenhua First Road to the southwest (serving as the primary street-facing display facade), and faces the Dongjiang River landscape to the west. To the northwest, it borders Sanxin North Road, with views of the Dongjiang River and a golf course in the same direction. Benefiting from its prime location in Jiangbei Core CBD, the project adheres to the core concept of "Above the River Bay, Poetic Orient," exploring a new lifestyle model integrating Huizhou's cultural heritage, Oriental charm, and Su Dongpo's cultural legacy in Huizhou.
At the planning level, the design adopts a U-shaped enclosed layout strategy, implementing product classification and placement based on land value and surrounding environments. The west side maximizes the introduction of Dongjiang River's ecological landscape and golf resort views into the community; the south and east sides, positioned along the urban axis,enjoy urban prosperity; the interior features a central courtyard garden comparable to a municipal park, truly realizing the residential experience of "tranquility within, prosperity without."
With "four-generation cloud-top mansions" as the core product logic, the building monomers emphasize the spaciousness of living spaces and private sky courtyards for every household. While upgrading the usable space beyond its class, the product enhances spatial flexibility and efficiency, providing owners with more possibilities for living scenarios. All buildings are equipped with 7.95m super elevated floors, integrated with multi-level composite functional areas to activate the community value of gray spaces and promote social sustainability.
