From the outset, we partnered with Foundry to craft a narrative that moved beyond square footage, positioning OFISPACE as a dynamic ecosystem rooted in innovation, flexibility, and belonging. This alignment with Foundry’s design ethos strengthened credibility and helped establish Mount Pleasant as a vibrant, design forward alternative to downtown.
Anchored by a flagship brochure and supported by a seamless ecosystem of digital, experiential, and on site strategies, the campaign blended strategic precision with authentic storytelling. Clean, modern typography, a sophisticated palette of charcoal and muted earth tones, and an aspirational yet approachable tone captured the essence of Mount Pleasant, a neighbourhood celebrated for its heritage character, cultural energy, and spirit of innovation, while positioning OFISPACE as a premier AAA office destination.
Through targeted advertising, curated events, integrated touchpoints, and high impact signage, the campaign overcame market challenges, drove meaningful engagement, and reinforced Foundry’s reputation for quality and design. Each element worked together to communicate OFISPACE’s vision: a place where innovation thrives, flexibility is inherent, and a sense of belonging anchors the experience.
Ultimately, the approach didn’t just market a property, it built a brand. By shaping perception, strengthening connection, and elevating the project beyond its physical attributes, the OFISPACE campaign redefined what property marketing can achieve. It demonstrated how thoughtful strategy and authentic storytelling can create places with purpose, foster community, and set a new benchmark for innovation in commercial real estate.
