JADE VIEW MANSION

Located in the core coastal area of Sanya Bay, the project is positioned within a mature high-end residential and resort district, surrounded by premium communities, hotels, and commercial amenities. Responding to Sanya’s vision of building an international tourism and consumption center, the design seeks to create a vibrant coastal living environment that integrates resort ambiance with tropical cultural character, contributing to the ecological and humanistic value of the area.
Adjacent to Fenghuang Ridge and overlooking the landscape of mountains, river, and sea, the site draws inspiration from its unique natural setting. The textures of tropical forests, the contours of mountains, and the fluidity of water are abstracted into spatial language, allowing architecture to merge with local topography and hydrology. Guided by the concept of “Dwelling by the Mountains, Living toward the Sea,” the design emphasizes openness, natural light, and visual continuity, fostering a relaxed atmosphere aligned with leisure-oriented lifestyles.
The residential units feature private elevator lobbies and expansive open-plan living spaces organized through an integrated LDKG layout. Full north-south transparency maximizes ventilation and daylight, while panoramic balconies extend interior space toward the surrounding scenery. Flexible multi-functional rooms accommodate diverse living needs. Carefully selected eco-friendly materials and refined detailing enhance comfort and tactile quality.
During implementation, structural load-bearing limitations and safety requirements for large-span spaces posed technical challenges. Through structural optimization and adjustment of load-bearing systems, the design achieved the intended spatial scale and uninterrupted views while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Adhering to green building principles, the project applies certified sustainable materials and low-carbon construction strategies, establishing a high-quality residential model suited to tropical coastal environments.
