Located in Qingdao, this project redefines the conventional real estate showroom as a lifestyle-driven, immersive social environment. Integrating both interior architecture and soft furnishing design, the project delivers a holistic spatial experience that reflects the aspirations of contemporary urban elites.
Drawing inspiration from Qingdao’s coastal identity and its blend of historical and modern influences, the design abstracts cultural elements such as church window patterns, shells, and pearls into a refined spatial language. These elements are subtly embedded in materials, forms, and decorative details, creating a distinctive identity that is both contextual and contemporary.
A key feature of the project is its narrative-driven, garden-like circulation. The spatial sequence unfolds through a series of experiential moments—from arrival and transition to exploration, social interaction, and retreat. Programs such as lounges, bar areas, and salon-like gathering spaces are seamlessly integrated, encouraging fluid movement and layered engagement.
The integration of hard and soft design further enhances the spatial coherence. Carefully selected materials, textures, furniture, and lighting work together to create a balanced atmosphere—elegant yet relaxed, refined yet inviting. Natural light, spatial proportions, and tactile contrasts are orchestrated to enrich the overall sensory experience.
Ultimately, the project transcends its role as a sales space, becoming a prototype for a lifestyle-oriented environment. It presents a vision of contemporary living that emphasizes comfort, social connection, and emotional resonance, offering a new direction for high-end real estate design.
