Inspired by the tranquil essence of Yuanxiang Lake, the design crafts a narrative of a "yacht journey that never docks," weaving together the elegance of top-tier luxury hotels, the social fluidity of superyacht decks, and the organic imagery of vertical forests. Under the core philosophy of "Living at Ease · Resort Island," the project transforms the residential experience into a continuous urban vacation. This vision is realized through a sophisticated three-dimensional landscape system that integrates sunken canyon courtyards, suspended waterfalls, and infinity pools, effectively blurring the boundaries between the built environment and the lakeside ecology.
The architectural language responds to the waterfront through yacht-inspired fully curved aluminum panels and expansive glass curtain walls, creating a sleek, aerodynamic silhouette. Along the public corridor, a slow-living ribbon garden serves as a vital ecological link, connecting the urban fabric with the natural river network. This "natural forest isle" breaks through market homogenization by pioneering a dual-IP of yacht aesthetics and vertical forest ecology, establishing a spiritual retreat that allows residents to slow down and breathe in harmony with the surrounding forest.
Technical precision was paramount in executing this vision, particularly in achieving the millimeter-level accuracy required for the curved facade through advanced computer simulation and specialized craftsmanship. To support the vertical forest, the team integrated a 5.6-meter-high waterfall system with complex waterproofing and elevation difference processing. The result is a multi-layered sustainable system featuring shaded gardens and water courts that enhance biodiversity. By utilizing native adapted species and recirculating water systems, the design achieves a symbiotic balance between high-density urban living and low-intervention natural preservation, ultimately creating a serene island of "double-speed" life.
