redefines the traditional sales center by integrating reception, model display, negotiation lounge, book bar, water bar, swimming pool, dance studio, and calligraphy spaces into a multi-functional cultural clubhouse. Centered on the concept of “Millennial Shu Elegance, Reimagined”, the project transforms the clubhouse into an immersive cinematic environment where each step reveals a new scene and every space invites exploration, appreciation, and emotional connection.
The design draws deeply from Chengdu’s regional culture and natural context. The growth of bamboo symbolizes the city’s upward vitality, while the flow of silk references the enduring heritage of Shu brocade and Shu embroidery, expressing the coexistence of tradition and innovation in Chengdu’s urban spirit. Inspired by the city’s layered geology, the design translates textures of sedimentation, humidity, and stratification into materials, lighting, and artistic language. Local materials such as Shu lacquer, bamboo, ceramics, and mother-of-pearl are carefully incorporated, extending the understated refinement of Eastern aesthetics.
Targeting high-net-worth users who appreciate Oriental cultural depth, international taste, and quiet luxury, the project adopts a spatial tone that blends hotel-level sophistication, art collection sensibility, and refined residential comfort. The entrance creates a prestigious arrival experience through lacquer finishes, mother-of-pearl detailing, and the artwork Patterns of Jinguan. The model area and corridors connect space and time through light and texture. The lounge and bar introduce translucent stone, crystal glassware, lacquerware, and porcelain to create a serene social setting with a hospitality ambiance. The cliffside book bar, curated like an exhibition, becomes a “readable urban film,” linking Chengdu’s history, street life, and future imagination through books, artworks, and thematic displays.
Through soft furnishings as its language, culture as its core, and experience as its goal, the project elevates the sales center into a city cultural living room—a place that communicates brand spirit, proposes a high-end lifestyle, and delivers an immersive artistic experience.
