T3 Junction is a 420,000-square-foot timber office development in Toronto’s Lower Junction neighborhood. The project spans three buildings—two (300,000 SF) completed in 2024 and the third (120,000 SF)—which provides companies room for growth and an opportunity to create an urban campus experience. Tailored for the modern creative workforce, it blends timber, transit, and technology for an inspiring workplace. Designed by DLR Group, the project features open floorplans, 11' 9" ceilings, and large warehouse-style windows that flood the interiors with natural light.
