FU-YUAN CONSTRUCTION BOSCO VERTICALE

This project centers on the architectural planning of a residential building in the vibrant Zhubei City, Taiwan. Known for its dynamic monsoon climate, Zhubei is also recognized as a "leader of technology cities," largely due to its strategic proximity to a cutting-edge science park and a wide range of residential amenities. As a growing hub for innovation, Zhubei effectively combines advanced industries with smart living solutions, all within an environment that prioritizes quality of life.

In developing this vision, the team draws inspiration from essential elements of life: sunlight, air, and water. The design incorporates these principles through expansive glass curtain walls that allow plenty of natural light, strategically positioned split-level windows that improve airflow, and advanced water filtration systems that promote sustainability. Together, these features not only reflect the unique characteristics of Zhubei City but also present a forward-thinking vision of technological humanism, transforming the residential experience into one that is both contemporary and harmonious with nature.

The project is meticulously crafted with a strong emphasis on community well-being. Recognizing the proximity of a school district, the design strategically sets the main building back from the existing pedestrian walkway. This thoughtful planning creates a harmonious green belt, an inviting courtyard garden, and a picturesque tree-lined boulevard. These features not only enhance the aesthetic appeal of the area but also provide a safer, more enjoyable walking route for schoolchildren, residents, and pedestrians alike.

The overarching vision is to cultivate a living environment that is healthy, stylish, safe, and filled with joy. The landscaping has been carefully tailored to include a diverse array of vegetation, ensuring that the surroundings transform with the seasons, offering captivating vistas year-round. This commitment to integrating nature into urban life exemplifies a forward-thinking approach that enriches both the community and the environment.

To harmonize with the innovative spirit of the new technology city, the design team embraced a bold aesthetic featuring elegant curved lines, dynamic geometric shapes, and multi-directional beveled frames. Split-level balconies were incorporated to add layers of visual intrigue and a fluid sense of movement throughout the space.
