This project aims to create a premier residence that blends Eastern philosophical elegance with modern Italian luxury. Drawing inspiration from the simplicity, refinement, and neutral tones of Armani/Casa, the design avoids excessive ornamentation, allowing the innate luxury of materials, structural aesthetics, and meticulous craftsmanship to interpret a serene and noble “Eastern hidden luxury.” The result is a modern retreat that is not only luxurious but also rich in cultural depth and a sense of belonging.The courtyard spans five levels: the three above-ground floors serve as family living areas, while the two underground floors are dedicated to entertainment and guest reception. The palette is dominated by premium gray, white jade, and deep wood tones, accented with ink green, bronze, mother-of-pearl gloss, and soft pastels. The hardscape emphasizes clean lines and pure materiality, while the soft furnishings incorporate the modern comfort of top-tier Italian furniture and the traditional charm of Eastern artistry, achieving harmony through contrast.The elder suite is designed as a serene retreat inspired by classical landscapes. The girl’s room is designed as a "secret garden," where soft furnishings and a view of the willow-lined moat outside blend to create a gentle, romantic, and imaginative world.The family room’s balcony is designed as a "sketching platform," complete with an easel, palette, and display shelves for art supplies, enriching the functionality of the space.The underground space is designed as a palace of entertainment, ideal for elegant gatherings. The living area features extensive use of high-quality white jade stone, whose warm texture and natural veining establish a luxurious yet understated tone.The master bedroom draws inspiration from the graceful aesthetics of the Song Dynasty.
