T3 Bayside - Mass Timber Office - Toronto, Canada

Inspired by heritage buildings, T3 Bayside captures the creative energy of brick-and-beam and pairs it perfectly with technology, amenities and sustainability. The timber construction of T3 Bayside fosters a connection with nature and reduces environmental impact, cutting embodied carbon by 40-50% compared to traditional office buildings—equivalent to removing 2,700 cars from the road.
